Scope of Work For Virtual Assistant:
Do you get your kicks bringing order to the chaos? Do you want to help an amazing all female team get women up and running?
If you love a challenge, thinking on your feet, working as a team with other amazing women, and supporting women athletes, we want to meet you!
Who We Are:
Not Your Average Runner is a life and running coaching business for women who want to learn how to run. We teach women, aged 40-60, who may not necessarily identify as an athlete, the basics of running as well as how to manage their mind and inner mean girl, so that they can become the badass superhero of their own lives.
We offer running coaching that covers everything from the basics like running form to more advanced training plans for marathons and triathlons. We also offer life coaching using the thought model because we know that building good habits and hitting your goals starts with your thoughts.
Further information on our company can be found at www.notyouraveragerunner.com.
What We Believe:
We work exclusively with women who are not average runners. Whether that means they’re older or have never run before or are just getting into running and think they have to be able to run an entire mile in 12 minutes.
We have a big vision here at Not Your Average Runner. And that is to get a million women up and running so that they have the tools to change their lives.
Our core values are inclusion, diversity, honesty, accountability, and FUN. And these are the qualities we look for in team members.
We believe in being the most authentic version of yourself and so we are the most authentic version of ourselves, swear words and progressive feminist thoughts and all.
