Training for a half marathon is serious business. It involves doing the right kind of training and sticking to your commitments because, trust me, there will be plenty of days when you don’t feel like it. This week, I’m sharing all the reasons why you should sign up for one, as well as all the reasons why you shouldn’t – mentally and physically preparing yourself is no small feat, and signing up for a race to please someone else or just because you don’t want to miss out is a recipe for disaster.
